Assistant Chief Dysarczyk brings over 20 years of dedicated service to South Trail Fire & Rescue and a strong foundation of leadership shaped by his prior service in the United States Marine Corps. His career reflects a steady progression through the ranks, marked by operational excellence, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to service. He holds an A.S. in Fire Science Technology, a B.S. in Public Safety Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Fire Rescue Organizational Leadership, along with numerous professional certifications including Paramedic, Fire Instructor III, and Fire Officer IV.
