Chief McMullen brings more than two decades of fire service experience to this role, including over ten years as a company officer and service as an Acting Battalion Chief. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated strong operational leadership, a commitment to developing our personnel, and a focus on improving efficiency, safety, and standardized operations.

His contributions to the organization include mentoring officers, advancing training programs, and playing a key role in policy development and operational readiness initiatives. We are confident that his experience and leadership will continue to positively impact our department and the community we serve.
