Captain Turner earned this promotion through a comprehensive assessment process that evaluated leadership, operational knowledge, conflict resolution, instructional abilities, and knowledge of the district and community we serve. Throughout his career, Dusty has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service, professional excellence, and the safety of our residents.
